Welcome to Belcourt Beads Et Cetera.  We are proudly Canadian!  Presently we are shipping within Canada, the United States and have built a relationship with many international beading friends.  We have tried to create a site that is easy to use for everyone - even crafters not familiar with computers.  However, if you do have a problem setting up an account, please email us.  We will help you every step of the way in order to ensure a pleasant, easy transaction for you.

Ordering and Shipping Information

We accept Paypal - even if you don't have a Paypal account - we will lead you through the entire process of ordering and paying for your items. We are Paypal verified. Shop without sharing financial information with us. Paypal offers you 100% protection against unauthorized payments sent from your account. Not only does it help keep your financial information private, Paypal guarantees 100% protection against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

Canadian Orders: $2.99 for the first item and approximately .50 per item.

US Orders: $3.00 for the first item and approximately .50 for every item thereafter.

International Orders: $6.00 for the first item and $1.00 for every item thereafter.

Our handling time is usually within 48 hours of your payment being received.  We do not ship on Saturday or Sundays so if your order is received late on a Friday, it will leave our warehouse Monday morning.  Questions?  Contact us - we will get back to you within 24 hours or sooner.

Our customer service is of number one importance to us and we welcome any questions you may have regarding our products and service. Email us if you don't see what you need. Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we do accept returns.  Your return must be approved and sent back to us in the original condition of the item.  Item(s) must be returned in undamaged condition and shipping costs to return your items are your responsibility.    No orders will be accepted back with postage due on the part of Belcourt Beads Et Cetera.  Any costs incurred by Belcourt Beads Et Cetera will be deducted from the refund Amount.  Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 

Orders returned may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
